A successful reading and speaking activity of infant picture books in library , needs librarians understand the characteristics of physical and mental development of children, and to develop the corresponding about reading strategies. Librarians should have a rich picture book reading experience, get the support of reading＇s amount and aesthetic level for the picture books anthology; and familiar with features and characteristics of picture books,, as well as familiar with reading methods and skills , such as pausing, questioning, response and so on, in order to achieve a good reading effect.
