摘要
利用Solidedge软件建立散包粗碎机的三维模型,利用ADAMS软件对散包粗碎机的转子部件进行仿真分析,结果表明,散包粗碎装置各运动部件之间不发生相互运动干涉;未张紧的带传动使下散包轴的稳定转速受加工阻力的影响很大,远低于设计要求;对带传动进行张紧后,散包粗碎装置运动稳定,下散包轴的稳定转速受加工阻力影响很小,满足设计和工作要求。
Using Solidedge software to create 3D model of Bale crushing machine. The simulation analysis on rotor part of bale loosing and crude shredding machine has been carried out by using ADAMS mechanical system dynamics analysis software, and results showed that there is no movement interference among the moving parts. The driven belt without tension makes the steady speed of lower bale loosing shaft be highly affected by the processing resistance and far below the design requirement. After the driven belt is tensioned, bale loosing and crude shredding equipment rotates stably, the steady speed of lower bale loosing shaft meet design and working requirements, and processing resistance only has little impact on it.
