摘要
采用超声波辅助浸渍树脂的方法,以单板增重率来表示三聚氰胺树脂的相对浸渍量,研究超声波功率和浸渍时间与单板增重率的关系。结果表明:超声波功率和浸渍时间对单板增重率存在显著的影响。采用超声波辅助浸渍法能提高单板的增重率。随着浸渍时间的延长,单板增重率呈增长趋势。
The influences of ultrasonic power and impregnation time on veneer weight percent gain (WPG) by ultrasonicassisted impregnation with melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF) were studied. The results showed that ultrasonic power and impregnation time had significant effects on weight percent gain. Using ultrasonic-assisted impregnation can improve the veneer weight percent gain to some extent. And the veneer weight percent gain can increase with the increased impregnation time.
