Localized Development and Application of MESIS in Shanxi Province

气象服务信息系统（MESIS）主要是面向决策气象服务人员的新一代业务服务系统山西省气象决策服务中心对MESIS系统的MICDB数据库、气象制图后台作业系统（MSPGS）和交互制作系统进行了本地化二次开发，并在决策服务业务工作中进行应用。本地化技术开发中解决了数据源选取、资料格式不统一的问题，建立了本省的MICDB数据库；完成了山西省GIS地图模板和后台绘图模型的制作，实现了常规决策气象服务产品图每日定时自动绘制；调整了MESIS系统界面和检索项配置，使MESIS系统界面简单、操作便捷、功能实用。

MESIS （Meteorological service information system） is a new operational system for meteorological decision-making service. To MESIS, Shanxi meteorological decision-making service center has made some localized developments in the following aspects： （1） MICDB database, （2） meteorological background mapping system （MSPGS） , （3） interactive production system and has applied it in routine decision-making service work. The localized developments solved the problems of data source selection and non-uniform data format, established Shanxi＇s MICDB database, completed Shanxi＇ s GIS map template and the background mapping model, achieved the automatic drawing of conventional decision-making service maps, adjusted the MESIS system interface and search configuration, making the MESIS interface of the system simple, convenient for operation .
