崇左市作为桂西南地区有代表性的民族边境地区,在人力资源基本结构、人力资源总体质量、人力资源流动程度、人力资源开发水平方面有着较为明显的区域特性。在对崇左市人力资源概况及特征进行全面深入了解的基础上探寻合理的区域人力资源开发途径。

As a typical ethnic border area in the southwest Guangxi, Chongzuo municipality has relatively obvious regional features in the basic structure of human resources, the overall quality of human resources, the degree of the flow of human resources, and the level of human resources development. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the general situation and characteristics of the human resources in Chongzuo municipality, the reasonable ways to develop the human resources of the region are explored.
