Evaluation of Implementation Effect of Last Round of Land Consolidation Planning in Ningxia

总结上一轮土地开发整理规划目标实现情况及开展土地整理复垦开发、基本农田整理、城乡建设用地增减等项目实施及管理情况,评估上一轮规划实施的总体效益,提出了新一轮土地规划编制的建议,为新一轮土地整治规划编制提供参考和依据。

The fulfillment of the goals of the last round of land consolidation planning as well as the implementation and management situation of the projects, such as the land reclamation and development project, the basic farmland consolidation project and the urban and rural construction land linking-up project, are summarized. The overall implementation effectiveness of the last round of planning is evaluated and some suggestions for working-out of the new round of land planning are put forward to provide a reference and basis for the working-out of the new round of land consolidation planning.
