阐述了盐环定扬黄工程的地位和作用,分析了工程运行管理现状,提出了工程运行管理中面临的主要问题及对策。
The status and role of the Yan-Huan-Ding Yellow River Pumping Irrigation Project are elaborated, the current situation of operation and management of the project is analyzed and the main problems existing in the operation and management of the project and some countermeasures are put forward.
