摘要
在目前铜精矿品质日益复杂的情况下,为了适应工厂长周期生产需要以及满足国家节能环保的要求,贵溪冶炼厂对一系统闪速炉余热锅炉进行了改造。改造取消了高能耗的吹灰器且在辐射部增设了水冷烟气挡板,以合理分配余热锅炉的炉水循环流量。改造后,闪速炉余热锅炉运行状况良好,达到了预期目的。
In view of the increasingly complex situations of present copper concentrate quality,the flash furnace waste heat boiler in No. 1 system of Guixi smelter was reformed,in order to meet the long term need of factory production and achieve national energy-saving environmental protection requirements. We cancelled the high energy consumption ash blowing device and added water cooling exhaust- gas baffle in the radiation for allocating the circulating water flow of waste heat boiler reasonably. Through a series of transformation,the waste heat boiler has been running in good condition and achieves the desired purpose.
