Research and Production Practices on Optimization of Copper Ores Proportioning

针对大宝山铜矿石生产配矿现状及存在的问题,提出了通过利用回收的残矿、难选矿及低品位铜矿石的优化配矿方案,使之应用于生产实践,提高了铜矿石资源的综合利用率,产生了良好的经济效益,有利于矿山的可持续生产和发展。

In view of current ores proportioning situation and existing issues in Dabaoshan copper mine. This paper introduced residual deposit recovery,ore proportioning optimization method of refractory ore and low grade copper ore which were used in production practice,comprehensive utilization rate of copper ore resource was improved,good economic benefits were obtained through this method,and it was benefit for the mine keep sustainable production and development.
