摘要
针对硫酸铜生产过程中LS型螺旋输送机出现的一些问题,逐一进行了分析,找到了LS型螺旋给料机在运行过程中发生卡死和输送轴断裂的原因。在进行了加装过滤网和输送轴轴长改造后,出现的问题得到了圆满的解决,确保了硫酸铜生产的顺行,提升了工厂的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems caused by LS spiral transport machine during copper sulfate production operation,this paper analyzed the reasons of LS spiral feeder machine breakdown and conveying shaft fracture. The problems were settled satisfactorily after installed the filter screen and modified the length of conveying shaft. The modification kept the copper sulfate production operation smoothly and also increased the economic benefits of factory.
