太原市预防接种门诊现状分析

The Status Analysis of Preventive Vaccination Clinics in Taiyuan

目的：了解太原市目前预防接种门诊的基本配置及运转现状,为制订太原市预防接种门诊规范化建设、全面提升太原市预防接种服务质量提供依据。方法：采用描述性流行病学研究方法,设计调查表,对2014年太原市10县（市、区）的预防接种门诊进行摸底调查,并对调查资料进行综合分析、归纳总结。结果：太原市的10县（市、区）现有预防接种门诊1 118个,其中乡级接种门诊211个,平均面积40 m2;村级接种门诊907个,平均面积约20 m2。每个接种门诊专兼职人员1~2人。冷链系统运转维持较好。结论：太原市预防接种门诊面积与门诊服务量、接种人员与工作量的不匹配是影响预防接种服务质量的客观原因,应加大对各级预防接种门诊的投资,加强对预防接种门诊的管理,提升服务质量。

Objective：To understand the basic configuration and operation of preventive vaccination clinics in Taiyuan to provide the basis for developing standardized clinics construction and the service quality.Methods：The questionnaires designed by descriptive epidemiological method were used to investigate the preventive vaccination clinics of ten counties in Taiyuan with the analyzed comprehensively data.Results：The number of clinics in Taiyuan were1118,among which there were 907 village-level clinics with 20m2 and 211 township clinics with 40m2.There was 1-2full-time or part-time individuals in each clinic.The cold chain system was running better.Conclusions：The number of clinics doesn＇t match with the staff and the workload,which affects the quality of service objectively.It is important to increase investment,strengthen management and improve service quality in clinics.
