摘要
本文对末端淬火试验方法进行了探讨，通过对末端淬火实验的试样加工环节、加热淬火工艺以及硬度i贝4试的改进，在我所目前现有自制淬火设备的前提下，探索了一些成功开展末端淬火实验的方法和工艺。实验结果表明，改进后的工艺完全能满足国标规定的技术要求。
This paper discussed the end quenching test, after processing the samples, quenching process and improving the hardness testing, with the current self-made quenching equipment, a batch of successful end quenching testing methods were carried out. The results showed that the improved process satisfied the technical requirements of international standards.
