摘要
5#焦炉装煤投产后,因机侧温度整体偏高(横排温度分布较差),对炭化室内焦炭的均匀成熟、化工产品回收和炼焦耗热量量等均带来了不利影响。本文从焦炉煤气中杂质堵塞、不同尺寸喷嘴分布等方面深入排查了5#焦炉横排温度分布不理想的原因,并采用错位喷嘴调节法进行了调节。采用错位喷嘴调节法后,5#焦炉横排温度系数得到了显著提高,有效解决了机侧温度偏高这一难题,炼焦耗热量显著降低,创造了显著的经济效益。
The temperature of machine-side over high after 5# coke oven production, which had a negative impact to coke uniform maturation, products recycling of raw gas and coking heat consumption. In this paper, the reasons of the unsatisfactory of 5# coke oven horizontal temperature were investigated from clogging impurities,nozzles distribution of different sizes. After the dislocation regulating of nozzle, the horizontal temperature coefficient of 5# coke oven has been significantly improved, the problem of machine-side temperature has been effectively solved. Otherwise, the coking heat consumption decreased significantly, and significant economic benefits were created.
