利用炼钢过程中产生的板坯中间裂纹带缺陷轧制，研究低倍缺陷级别对钢材质量的影响程度，并提出合理的改进及现场处置建议。
Use center cracks of slab produced in the process of steel-making with defects in rolling, study on the impact of low magnification defects level on the quality of steel, and put forward the improvement and the reasonable disposal suggestions.
