摘要
随着优质磷矿的日益消耗,以及原料成本的不断上涨,对中低品位磷矿的烧结工艺研究就显得极为重要。本文主要研究不同配碳量对低中品位磷矿烧结矿质量的影响,研究结果表明随着配碳量增加,烧结矿性能呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当配碳量为7%时,烧结矿中磷品位最高、烧结矿性能最好。
With the increasing consumption of high quality phosphate rock, and rising raw material costs, study on sintering process of low and medium grade phosphate rock becomes very important. This paper mainly studied the effect of different mixed carbon content on sintered ore quality of low and middle grade phosphate rock. The results show that the properties of the sintered ore appear in a trend from rising high first to dropping low later, and when the mixed carbon content is 7%, the phosphate content in sintercd ore reaches highest, the best sinter quality is achieved.
