摘要
焦化蒸氨换热器作为剩余氨水预热以及蒸氨废水冷却的主要设备,由于受剩余氨水含油以及煤粉颗粒的影响,经常出现堵塞或冷却效率低的状况,导致废水温度高,影响剩余氨水的预热温度以及污水处理系统的运行,本文主要分析换热器堵塞的因素,并针对堵塞的问题提出一些见解和处理方法。
As a main equipment for residual ammonia water preheating as well as distilled ammonia waste cooling, coking ammonia stripping heat exchanger often happens to be blocked or low cooling efficiency condition due to influence of oil and coal particles in residual ammonia water. This situation leads to a high waste water temperatures, then affects the preheating temperature of residual ammonia water and the operation of sewage treatment system. This paper mainly analyzes the blockage factors of the heat exchanger, and put forward some views and approaches for blockage treatment.
