摘要
高炉铁口设备由于工作强度大,环境恶劣,其地基基础螺栓连接的牢固程度尤为重要。针对地基基础螺栓出现松动情况,一种名称为浮动碟簧的螺栓预紧防松方法,有异于普通蝶形弹簧的尺寸,工能特性好,回复行程小,回复力大,工作负荷大特点,对特定的设备的基础防松效果很好,值得推广应用。
The rigidity of the bolts for foundation of the tapping equipment in BF is very important, because of the heavy workload and the bad environment. We try to use a method which names "Floating disc spring" to solve the problem of bolts loosing. Different form the commonly used disk spring size, the "Floating disc spring" features with good working characteristics, short return stroke, strong restoring force and heavy workload, which is better to protect the loosing of the special equipment and is worth to spread.
