摘要
本文对南钢1#高炉炉缸工作失常的演变及处理进行了总结。通过采用氧枪、净焦后直接跟重负荷料、渣铁出来后快速开风口、大风量、高动能,炉缸问题得到了快速处理。
The paper summarizes the evolution and treatment of abnormal hearth condition of Nanjing Steel 1# BF. The problem can be solved by taking some measures such as using oxygen lance, adding heavy burden directly after net coke, opening tuyere rapidly after iron slag tapping, large air flow and high dynamic energy.
