摘要
为满足重载高端齿轮领域对SCM822H齿轮钢技术要求,山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司通过控制钢液过热度在20±5℃,采用合理的电磁搅拌工艺、动态二冷配水技术、凝固末端轻压下技术以及采用合理的轧制加热制度,生产的SCM822H齿轮钢化学成分偏差小,淬透性值J15为34~40 HRC,J25≤36 HRC,并且同支试样淬透性离散度小于4 HRC。
In order to meet the technical requirements of SCM822H gear steel in the field of high - end heavy - load gear, a series of process measures has been taken in the company to control the small deviation of chemical composition, such as controlling the superheat degree of the steel liquid in the range 15 to 25℃, using reasonable electromagnetic stirring technology and dynamic secondary cooling technology and soft reduction at solidification end and adopting reasonable rolling heating regulation. Then the J15 is 34 -40 HRC and the J25 equals and less than 36HRC and the hardenability scatter of same sample is less than 4 HRC.
