舒芬太尼联合氟比洛芬酯用于下肢骨折患者术后镇痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen in relieving postoperative analgesia in patients with lower limb fractures

目的观察舒芬太尼联合氟比洛芬酯在下肢骨折患者术后镇痛中的应用效果及不良反应。方法择期行下肢骨折切开复位内固定术患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。2组患者术后均使用一次性均速镇痛泵,观察组镇痛泵内药物配方应用舒芬太尼联合氟比洛芬酯,对照组镇痛泵内药物配方应用舒芬太尼,其他药物相同。记录术后2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分及不良反应情况。结果 2组患者术后各时点疼痛视觉模拟评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者恶心、呕吐、呼吸抑制、心动过缓、镇静过度等不良反应发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论舒芬太尼联合氟比洛芬酯应用于下肢骨折患者术后镇痛效果理想,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the application results and adverse reactions of sufentanil combined with lfurbiprofen in relieving postoperative analgesia in patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 60 patients with lower extremity fractures underwent open reduction and internal ifxation （ORIF） were selected in our hospital, according to a random number table they were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups were using disposable constant speed analgesia pump after operation, the observation group applying analgesia pump recipe sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen, the control group using sufentanil. Record pain visual analog scale and adverse reactions after operation for 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h.Results There was not statistically signiifcance considering analgesic effects in the 2 groups and the difference of point pain visual analog scale groups after operation （P〉 0.05）. The complications such as nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression, bradycardia, sedation and other adverse reactions in the controls were signiifcantly higher than in the observation group （P 〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion Sufentanil combined with lfurbiprofen is a safe and ideal analgesia medicine used in patients with lower limb fractures.
