脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓的原因分析及护理对策

Analysis and its nursing strategy for the patients with deep vein thrombosis combined with stroke

目的探讨脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓(DVT)患者血栓形成的原因及预防性护理措施。方法回顾性分析2013年7月至2014年7月在北华大学附属医院神经三科诊治的22例脑卒合并DVT患者一般资料、治疗方法、护理措施等,对其进行病因分析。结果该22例患者经治疗后,治愈16例,好转5例,死亡1例,有效率为95.45%。结论高龄、制动、血液高凝、血管壁损伤等是脑卒中患者形成DVT的主要原因,提前预防这些危险因素可避免导致DVT的产生,血栓一旦形成,即采用抗凝、溶栓等治疗方法,配合个性化护理措施,降低致残程度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures in patients with deep vein thrombosis combined with stroke.Methods A retrospective study of 22 cases with deep vein thrombosis combined with stroke from July 2013 to July 2014 in the Afifliated Hospital of North China University was conducted . Their general information, treatment, care measures and its etiology were determined.Results After treatment, 16 cases were cured, ifve cases improved, one case was dead, the total effective rate was about 95.45%.Conclusion The main causes for deep vein thrombosis combined with stroke were old, brake, blood coagulation, vascular wall injury, taking early prevention of these risk factors can be avoided the stroke with DVT, once the blood clots formed, applying anticoagulation, thrombolytic therapy , with personalized care and measures can reduce the degree of disability and improve the quality of life to patients.
