摘要
本文描述了常州市地籍数据库建设现状及城乡一体化地籍数据库建设面临的难点问题。并针对这些问题,研究了实现城乡一体化数据库建设的关键技术,即统一坐标系统、统一宗地编码和数据融合。
This paper describes well the situation of establishing the cadastral database of Changzhou City and the difficulties to meet during the construction of its urban-rural integration. The key technologies of realizing the system, such as the unified coordinate system, unified coding and data fusion has been studied in this paper in order to solve the above issues.
