Ding Xiu Mei Quan, literally meaning “ beautiful spring”. is a newly-built high-endbusiness block of Western-style build- ings that is only one mile away from the venue of the APEC Summit 2014. Located near the lake area of Bei-jing＇s suburban Huairou district, the block is full of restaurants, bars and cates. During the summit meeting, it was designated to receive iournalists and guests from across the Asia-Pa- cific.
