摘要
高职旅游管理专业以为旅游行业培养经营管理人才为目标,旅游这一行业的特点要求该专业的学生需要具备较强的跨文化交际能力。通过对该专业在校生和毕业生的问卷及走访调查,发现调查对象对不同文化群体的价值观念、行为方式的差异性认识不足等问题。因此,学校和教师应在课程设置、授课方式、教师自身跨文化交际能力提升、合作办学及校园环境营造等方面采取相应的对策,帮助学生拓宽国际视野,为职业能力的提高打下良好的基础。
The major of vocational Tourism Management is aimed at cultivating talents on tourism management, which, decided by the features of tourism industry, demands high inter-cultural communicative competence of students. This article is based on some questionnaires and research on both undergraduates and graduates. It suggests that the students have shown lack of understandings on different values and behaviors of various cultural groups and low willingness of inter-cultural communication. That means, in general, the students lack inter-cultural communicative competence, which will become a shortcoming in their future professional promotion. Therefore, colleges and their teachers should take some measures to help students broaden international insights, improve inter-cultural communicative competence, and build a foundation for the improvement of professional abilities in areas involving curriculum setup, teaching methods, improvement of teachers’ inter-cultural communicative competence, cooperative education and campus environment enhancement.
