崇拜作为一种宗教的原始形式,它与中国古代法文化有着千丝万缕的联系。崇拜意识对中国古代法文化的影响主要表现在两个方面:崇拜意识的内化体现在立法原则上——以礼入法,崇拜意识的外化体现在司法活动中——经义断狱。

Worship, as an original form of religion, is countlessly related to ancient Chinese legal culture. Worship consciousness has exerted its influence upon ancient Chinese legal culture in two aspects： the internalization reflected by the legislative principles like the “Applying Propriety into the Law” ; the externalization embodied in the judicial activities like the “Chunqiu Style of Handling Cases”.
