摘要
通过对某省3家三甲医院300名临床医师进行工作倦怠测量量表和职业压力指标量表的问卷调查发现,医疗纠纷与工作倦怠相关。以情感耗竭、工作怠慢、职业效能感缺乏为自变量,以职业压力指标量表6个指标为因变量进行逐步回归分析,结果显示:工作本身、角色模糊或冲突、单位制度或氛围不好、工作中人际关系冲突、职业发展受阻、工作家庭冲突均是工作倦怠的影响因素。建议从个体、组织和社会三方面入手对工作倦怠进行预防和干预,减少因倦怠造成的医疗纠纷。
With Job Burnout Measurement Scale and Occupational Stress Inventory,aquestionnaire survey was carried out in 300 clinicians from three upper first-class hospitals in the same province,and it was found that medical dispute is correlated with clinician's job burnout.Furthermore,a stepwise regression analysis was conducted with levels of emotional exhaustion,negligence and professional efficacy as independent variables,and the six indexes in Occupational Stress Inventory as dependent variables.The results show that influencing factors for job burnout include job itself,unclear roles/conflict,bad system or atmosphere in the hospital,interpersonal conflicts in the work,arrested career development and work-family conflict.Accordingly,it is suggested that,in order to reduce burnout-induced medical disputes,measures be implemented for prevention and intervention of job burnout from the perspectives of individuals,organizations and the society.
