Recently,more and more enterprises begin using VMI to control the inventory;it improves efficiency and the benefit of the enterprise.Therefore,VMI has become the focus of the enterprise inventory control.Under the environment of VMI,when demand inventory functions distributed perishable goods,it is concluded that the op-timal ordering cycle,find out the optimal solution,and the parameters were analyzed,and understand its influence on the total cost of the situation.
