Research on Practice of Quality Management in Higher Vocational Colleges on Human Resources Requirements of ISO9001 Standard

以兰州石化职业技术学院为例,介绍了ISO9001质量管理体系中人力资源管理要求在该院教育管理中的应用实践,指出了存在的问题及改进措施。

Taking Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology （LZPCC）as an example,this paper introduces the practice of human resources requirements of ISO9001 standard in the education and management of the LZPCC and points out the existing problems as well as improvement measures.
