摘要
为保证电子产品的焊接质量和产品工艺,设计了用于测试烙铁头或锡炉的温度测试仪。测试仪利用ATmega8L单片机为控制核心,K型热电偶(或定制的三角形)传感器进行温度采集,经过采样调理电路并结合相关的计算处理,实现了温度测试的功能。实验表明,该测试仪使用方便、运行稳定、结构简单、精度较高。
In order to ensure the welding quality and product technology of electronic products, temperature tester was designed for testing welding head or tin stove. Tester using ATmega8L microcontroller as control core, K type thermocouple ( or custom triangle) sensors for temperature acquisition, through sampling control circuit and related calculation processing, realized the function of the temperature test. The experimental results show that the tester is easy to use, stable operation, simple structure, and high precision.
