摘要
人才成长评价机制是高等教育的导向性指标体系,对于大学生培养具有非常重要的指导性和引领性作用。本文从人才成长评价机制的制定依据与机制失衡进行分析,进而提出和阐述了用核心竞争力培养创新人才成长评价机制的意义,并且提出了用核心竞争力培养创新人才成长评价机制的实现途径。最后,对于创新人才成长评价机制对教育工作者的要求进行了分析和说明。
The evaluation mechanism of the growth of talent is the leading index system of higher education, and it has very important guiding and leading effect for the training of university students. This article talks o- ver the evaluation mechanism of the growth of talent of formulated according and analyses the unbalanced mechanism. Then puts forward and expounds the significance of the growth cultivation of innovative talents e- valuation mechanism with core competitiveness. And achieve the ways of the cultivation of innovative talents with core competitiveness evaluation mechanism. In the end, analyses and explain the requirements for educa- tors for the growth of creative talents evaluation mechanism.
