在高校学生党员培养全过程中建立并完善答辩制度,对于进一步提高学生党员综合素质、加强基层党组织建设、增强高校学生党员发展工作的科学性和和公信度均具有重要意义。完善层次分明、以人为本、与时俱进的答辩内容,是提高学生党员教育、培养、考察和监督实效的关键。应从完善答辩程序、建立分层培养、突出过程评价、加大监督力度这四个方面对高校学生党员答辩机制加以创新研究,不断推进高校学生党建工作。

Building and improving oral defense system for training college student CPC members helps advance their compre-hensive qualities,strengthen basic CPC organization construction,and render such training jobs more scientific and trustwor-thy.The key to the education,training,appraisal and supervision of college student CPC members is to make the content of o-ral defense more clearly defined,human-oriented,and updated.To innovate the research into college CPC member oral defense system,it is advisable to perfect oral defense procedure,train members according to different levels,highlight process apprais-al and strengthen supervision.
