论农民工随迁子女受教育权贫困治理法律保障——以义务教育阶段为例

Research of Legal Protection on Governance of Education Right of Migrant Workers' Children——A Case Study of Compulsory Education

农民工随迁子女义务教育阶段受教育权的贫困问题是当前社会最突出的教育公平问题之一。对农民工随迁子女受教育权的贫困治理,有助于流入地城市自身发展,有助于构建社会主义和谐社会,以及推进实现中国梦的进程。文章从教育券制度、社会救助制度、公益诉讼制度等角度,对农民工随迁子女受教育权贫困治理提出相应的法律保障措施,以期真正实现教育公平。

The poverty problem of the education right of migrant workers’ children in compulsory education stage is one of the most prominent education fair questions in the current society.The governance of migrant workers children’s education right will facilitate the development of the city,and the building of socialist harmonious society as well as the Chinese dream.From point of view of the education voucher system,social assistance system,public interest litigation system,the article puts forward the corresponding legal protection measures for the above problems,in order to truly realize the education fairness.
