摘要
文章从政策数量、发布主体、内容分布和调整层次等角度对湖北省区域内2008-2013年间职业教育政策文本进行定量分析,梳理当前区域教育政策服务的波动性、不均衡性、全面性及专业性等特点,指明政策关照存在外生性动力不足、对德育和就业关注相对薄弱等问题,为其他地区职业教育政策的制定与出台提供借鉴。
Statistical analysis,which based on policy quantity,policy formulation subject,distribution of policy issues and hierarchical regulation on vocational education in Hubei from 2008 to 2013,shows that the policy documents of vocational education in current region manifest the following characteristics including instability,malconformation,comprehensiveness and professionally etc. In the future development of vocational education,the regional authoritative departments as the policy formulation subjects of vocational education should pay close attention to the following problems: the focus of policy is lack of exogeneity impetus,the moral education and employment are neglected,and the result of analysis can use for reference to other regions.
