Research on Promotion of Service Level of Express Enterprises in Wuhan Ikebana Regions

武汉插花地区域快递服务存在服务流程执行不够完善、信息阻塞、快递人员素质不高等问题。提升插花地区域快递企业服务水平必须完善管理机制、加快信息化建设、提高快递人员素质。

There are many problems existing in express service in Wuhan ikebana regions,namely,the imperfect performance of service process,poor information,low quality of couriers etc. In order to promote the service level of express enterprises,it is requested to perfect the management mechanism,accelerate the informationization construction and improve the quality of couriers.
