摘要
高校图书馆馆员队伍是处在图书信息管理与服务一线岗位的主体力量,馆员队伍的人员结构、素质、服务与管理创新能力是确保图书馆稳定发展的重要因素。当前高职院校图书馆还存在馆员年龄和性别结构不合理,专业人才短缺、整体水平参差不齐,部分人进取精神不强、自信心缺失,创新意识和能力不足等问题。为此,学校要像重视教师队伍建设一样重视馆员队伍建设;馆员自身要努力学习,不断提高综合素质;图书馆要创新管理制度,充分发挥制度对馆员的规范和激励效能;开放办馆,开门办馆,探索建立馆员考核的第三方评价体系。
Librarians in colleges constitute the main force in the library information management and provide front- line services. The personnel structure,quality,service,management and innovative ability in libraries are main factors ensuring the stability of library work. For various reasons,currently,libraries in higher vocational colleges suffer problems,such as the improper librarians’ age and gender structure,the shortage of professionals,the unevenness of the overall level of professionals,weak entrepreneurial spirit of part librarians,lack of confidence,and insufficient awareness of innovation and abilities and so on. Therefore,colleges are required to attach great importance to build librarian teams as what they do in the teacher team building. Moreover,librarians should work hard to continuously improve their overall quality. Innovation should be made of the innovation management system of libraries,so as to give full play to normative and incentive performance of librarians,manage libraries with an open mind,and explore and build a third- party appraisal evaluation system assessing librarians.
