基于FreeScan的境界数据采集方法及个别问题处理

FreeScan- based Boundary Data Acquisition Method and Solutions to Several Problems

本文以某大比例尺境界数据更新为例，介绍了基于传统大比例尺纸质地形图和FreeScan软件进行境界数据采集和入库的具体实施方案，并对方案实施过程中遇到的个别问题进行分析，提出了解决方法。通过实际验证，该方案及具体实施步骤简单实用，采集数据精度高，大大提高了数据采集效率，保证了境界数据库的准确性和完备性，为今后的类似任务提供了参考。

Taking a certain large scale boundary data updating as an example, the paper introduced a detailed solution to boundary data acquisition and storage based on traditional large scale topographic paper map and FreeScan. The several problems occurred in the process are analyzed and corresponding solutions are put forward. It has been proved that the solution is simple and practical in the improvement of data accuracy and acquisition efficiency. It can ensure the correctness and completeness of the boundary database and provide some useful references to similar tasks in the future.
