摘要
针对地理空间信息广泛应用引发的地理空间信息安全要求，同时也为了解决基础地理空间信息安全与应用之间的突出矛盾，本文分析了国内外地理空间信息安全形势、政策及遇到的挑战，提出了若干针对我国地理空间信息安全的建议；重点研究了数据加密、软件捆绑、身份认证等多种技术手段，以保证基础地理空间信息的安全应用。
The wide application of geospatial information has imposed a requirement for the security of geospatial informa- tion. In order to strike a balance between the secrecy and application of basic geospatial information, the present situation, cur- rent policy and challenges of gcospatial information security at home and abroad are analyzed, and some suggestions for the geo- spatial information security of our country are proposed. Then the research work focus on several technical means, such as data encryption, software bundling, identity authentication and so on, to ensure the safety application of basic geospatial information.
