纵膈肿物切除术中冠状动脉痉挛发作1例
Coronary artery spasm during mediastinal tumor resection： one case report
摘要
一、临床资料
患者，男，65岁，体重65kg，术前诊断纵膈肿物，ASA分级Ⅰ级，拟在全身麻醉下行胸腔镜辅助开胸纵膈肿物切除术。术前体格检查、辅助检查未见异常，患者诉既往体健，否认伴随疾病。
