氯化钠改性煤热解脱硫技术的试验研究

摘要 采用固定床反应系统对合山煤进行热解挥发分损失和脱硫效果的试验研究.研究热解温度、热解时间、不同添加剂对煤中挥发分和硫含量变化的影响.由试验结果可知,对于劣质合山煤添加氯化钠,在400℃的空气气氛下,经过10 min的热解,硫的含量可以降低到2.010 2%. This paper studies the tests on the pyrolysis losses and desulfurization of Heshan coal in a fixed-bed reactor system.Moreover,influences of pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time and additives on the coal pyrolysis losses and desulfurization changes are researched.The results show that the sulfur content of adding sodium chloride of inferior quality can be lowered to 2.010 2%,when the sodium chloride is pyrolysized for 10 minutes in the air atmosphere of 400℃.
