摘要
本文阐述了丽江市集体林权制度主体改革及配套改革现状和采取的各种有效措施,分析了林改中遇到的实际问题,提出了深化完善林改的意见和建议。
In this paper the actualities of the principal and supporting reform of the collective forest tenure system and various effective measures adopted in Lijiang City were elaborated and some practical problems encountered in the forestry reform were analyzed. Some opinions and suggestions for deepening and perfecting the forest reform were put forward.
