虚拟样机的厨余垃圾车提桶机构动力学分析

摘要 针对厨余垃圾车提桶机构的工作特点,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS分别建立提桶机构机械和液压子模型。并在ADAMS/View环境中将两个子模型通过插件接口集成为一体,建立厨余垃圾车提桶机构液压与机械一体化的虚拟样机模型。为使模型符合实际的动力学响应,将提桶机构滚轮与滑轨之间定义为非线性弹簧-阻尼碰撞接触力约束,并利用力函数模拟垃圾桶倾倒过程的质量变化。通过分析得到,机械和液压联合动态仿真能够真实地模拟提桶机构在提升垃圾桶倾倒和倾倒后垃圾桶回位两种工况下油缸作用力和提升臂作用力等的动态变化规律,从而为厨余垃圾车提桶机构动态分析提供了一种有效的研究方法。 According to the working characteristics of kitchen garbage truck lifting mechanism,the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS is used to establish the mechanical subsystem and hydraulic subsystem model of lifting mechanism.The two subsystem models are integrated into a whole by plug-in interface in the ADAMS/View environment.The kitchen garbage truck lifting mechanism hydraulic and mechanical integration virtual prototype model is established.In order to obtain the dynamic practical response of lifting mechanism,roller and rail are defined as a nonlinear spring damping contact force constraint and the quality variation of garbage dumping process is simulated by force function.Through analysis,the mechanical and hydraulic combined dynamic simulation is able to simulate the dynamic change rule of cylinder force and lift arm force of the lifting mechanism in lifting garbage dumping and dumping garbage return two conditions,which provides an effective method for kitchen garbage lifting mechanism dynamic analysis.
