摘要
提升教育教学质量是新建本科院校内涵发展的应然需求,提高教师教学反思能力是促进教育教学质量的有效途径。从反思认知、反思行为、反思内容与形式以及影响教学反思的因素等方面对新建本科院校教师教学反思现状进行调查,并基于调查结果和分析,提出了提升新建本科院校教师教学反思能力的建议。
It is the ought-to-be demand of the connotation development of newly-established universities to promote education and teaching quality and it is an effective way of promoting education and teaching quality to improve the teachers' teaching reflection ability.The teachers' current situation of teaching reflection and the factors of affecting the teaching reflection in newly-established universities are investigated from the reflection cognition,behavior,content and form.Based on the results and analysis of the investigation,some suggestions about improving teaching reflection ability are put forward.
