当代大学生健康人格的缺失,出现"空心化"现象,导致部分大学生的人性压抑、人格扭曲、人品虚无、人心浮躁、读书做事追求急功近利。究其原因,主要是传统家庭教育的失误、大学教育的功能缺损、社会体制转型的冲击的影响。解决当代大学生人格"空心化"问题的思路是构建人格的"三维"空间,提升当代大学生人格品行的高度,拓展人格层面的宽度,延伸人格内涵的长度,形成具备支撑性、包容性、特质性的丰满人格内涵,实现当代大学生人格的现代化。

Solving the problem that contemporary college students＂ personality hollowing is to build a personality of the ＂three - dimensional＂ space, standing the height of contemporary college students personality character, expanding the width dimension of personality, extending the length of the personality connotation, making the personality connotation supportive, in- elusive and unique, to achieve the modernization of contemporary college students personality.
