摘要
为探讨大学生的心理资本、职业决策自我效能与其学习倦怠的关系,运用改编的大学生心理资本问卷,职业决策自我效能量表和学习倦怠量表对来自国内四个省(市)的1269名大学生进行了调查。相关分析结果表明,大学生的心理资本和职业决策自我效能与其学习倦怠呈显著的负相关;回归分析结果表明,大学生的心理资本和职业决策自我效能对其学习倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。研究结论是,大学生的心理资本和职业决策自我效能对其学习倦怠有显著的负面影响。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between university student's psychological capital, learning burnout and career deciation - making self- efficacy. A sample of 1269 university students in 10 universi- ties of different kinds from different disricts in China completed psychological capital scale, learning burnout scale and career deciation - making self - efficacy scale. The correlation analysis showed that the university student's psy- making Self - efficacy have a significant and negative influence on learning burnout.
