社区矫正执法队伍是我国社区矫正制度建设的重要组成部分。我国社区矫正执法队伍的范围、职权、身份、组织架构等,直接影响着社区矫正的工作质量。目前,社区矫正执法队伍建设中存在着执法人员身份争议较大、社区矫正执法人员的权责不清、社区矫正工作队伍管理体制混乱等问题,因此,应借鉴国外矫正官专业职务体系的经验,建立专业的矫正官队伍体系。

Community correction legal enforcement team is an important part of the construction of community correction system in our country. The scope,power,status,organizational structure,and so on,of community correction legal enforcement team in our country,directly affect the quality of community correction work. At present,there are the following problems in the legal enforcement team construction of the community correction,their identity are controversial,the responsibilities of the officers is not clear,the management system disorders. Therefore,we should learn the experience of the foreign correctional officer position system,establish a professional team of correction officers.
