基于SPSS软件对全国土地财政与经济增长关系的研究

The Research about the Relation Between the National Land Finance and Economic Growth Based on SPSS Software

随着我国城市化的快速发展,土地财政收入已成为各省市的重要收入来源。同时,土地财政是近年来中国面临的重要问题。文章通过运用SPSS软件中的相关性和多元回归分析,对全国2000-2011年间的土地财政和经济增长关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明中国的土地财政与经济增长存在较显著的正相关关系,地方经济的增长长期对土地财政形成了依赖,不利于和谐社会建设。因此,我们需要进一步探索解决土地财政问题的措施,寻求摆脱经济增长对土地财政依赖的路径选择,转变经济增长观念,推进财政体制改革,使社会实现健康、持续的发展。

With the rapid development of urbanization, land revenue has become an important source of revenue for the provinces. Nowadays, land finance is an important issue. The research methods are correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis in SPSS software, we make an empirical research on the relationship between land finance and economic growth in Guangdong Province from the year 2000-2011.The results indicate that there is significant correlation between land finance and economic growth in Guangdong Province, local economic growth formed a dependency on land finance, which is not conducive to building a harmonious society. Therefore, we need to further explore measures to address the land financial problems, seeking some ways to get rid of financial dependence onthe land. Meanwhile, we need to transfer the concept of economic growth and promote financial reform, so that the community can achieve health and sustainable development.
