同时性乳腺、鼻咽双原发癌1例

摘要 我院2013年3月收治了1例乳腺、鼻咽双原发癌患者,两周内先后确诊,时间间隔较短,现报告如下. 患者女性,36岁,因“发现左乳无痛性包块5天”于2013年3月25日就诊于我院.母亲因“乳腺癌”已去世多年.查体：左乳11点方向距乳头4 cm,可扪及一大小约20 mm×15 mm包块,质硬欠光滑,边界不清,活动度差,伴压痛.双侧颈部及腋窝淋巴结未扪及.乳腺超声显示：左乳腺体内见一异常回声,大小约18×13 mm,位于11点方向,边界欠清,外形欠规则.
