摘要
利用精确对角化方法计算了两个电子在施主杂质抛物势量子点的能量和波函数,通过密度矩阵方法得到光折射率改变量的表达式,在这基础上计算了杂质量子点由1 S态跃迁到1 P态的光折射率改变量,并对杂质的电荷量不同的杂质量子点的结果进行分析.
A investigation of the refractive index changes (RICs) of a disc-like parabolic quantum dot (QD) has been performed by using the matrix diagonalization method. The linear and nonlinear RIC of system with donor impurity between the state and state have been examined based on the computed energies and wave functions.
