摘要
分析了影响投掷运动成绩的重要因素,认为力量训练是投掷运动员取得良好成绩的基础。通过加强投掷运动员各部位肌肉的力量训练,可以有效地提高投掷运动员的训练水平。除了强化力量训练之外,还应将力量训练与投掷技术、投掷技巧结合,才能提高投掷运动的成绩。
The key factors that influence the throwing performances were analyzed,and the strength training was considered as the foundation of gaining good grades.Athlete's training level can be improved effectively through training strength of muscles.Except for intensive strength training,throwing techniques and skills should be combined with to improve the athlete's training level.
