心灵关怀对不孕不育患者焦虑与应对方式的影响

Effect of spiritual care on infertile patients with anxiety and coping style

目的分析女性不孕不育患者的心理特点，观察心灵关怀护理对患者焦虑及应对方式的影响，为临床心理干预提供理论依据。方法选取2013年6月-2014年7月在我院就诊治疗的146例不孕不育患者作为研究对象，依照就诊时间顺序平均分为对照组和观察组，每组73个人。对照组常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心灵关怀护理，对比分析两组患者干预前后焦虑程度与应对方式的改变。结果观察组焦虑程度小于对照组，应对方式积极于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。讨论心灵关怀护理能够有效的缓解不孕不育患者焦虑的情绪，转变其消极的应对方式。

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of female infertility patients, application of spiritual care nursing research because of the influence of anxiety and coping style of patients, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical psychological intervention. Methods 146 cases of infertility patients in 2013 June--2014 year in July in our hospital were treated as the research object, according to the time sequence of seeing doctor average divided into control group and observation group, each group of 73 people. The control group was given routine care, the observation group in the control group on the basis of heart care giving, comparative analysis of the degree of anxiety and coping style in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with change. Results In the observation group, the degree of anxiety than those in the control group, the positive coping style than those in the control group, with significant difference.
